Lage Bust Drawing

So this is one of my characters that I've had for awhile, I have just never painted him. Im not exactly sure how long he took, but it was around 2 hours. (mainly because Corel is still giving me trouble) Not the best, but remember this is only my third drawing I've ever done on a tablet.

Back Story: His name is Lage, meaning "from the sea in Swedish", and he is a ocean dragon. Born as an orphan, Lage never knew he could shift forms until he was threatened by humans. He managed to escape capture by shifting into a small fish. Apart from shapeshifting, Lage can also purify water and communicate with any living thing. Although not trusting of humans, Lage is not violent but he is fierce looking and very prideful of himself. He is very friendly with animals. (His favorite being dolphins and orcas)

Characteristics: His many body color is a dark blue, but when examined closely his scales shine turqoise with a hint of purple. He has four legs and wings, fin-like spines and bright green eyes. (You'll see when I finish his body picture)
